How can I check availability?

Availability requests must be made through our email or filling out the form in Contact Area of our web site.

How do I make a booking?

Once availability has been confirmed, a security deposit of an amount between 200 and 1.000 euros, depending on the apartment and period of time, has to be made. This amount will be returned to the client at the end of the stay. Any expense incurred by tenant´s responsibility will be deducted from that amount. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or cash.

Can I cancel my booking?

There will be no cancellation fee if you contact us at least 15 days before arrival. After that, the security deposit will be lost.

Can I change my dates?

Any changes will be accepted depending on the apartment´s availability.

Which are the payment methods?

Payment must be made via bank transfer, credit card or cash. For stays over 30 days, payment will be done monthly during the first three days of each month.

How do I check-in?

We will be waiting in the apartment to give you the keys and show you around. In order to coordinate the reception we will need to recieve your arriving details (such as means of transport and arrival time).

What happens in the check-out?

Check out time is always before 12am. Late check out may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
